1. How much does a cleaning cost, and what affects the price?
Our cleans start at a $125 minimum, and we publish the pricing formula on the homepage so there are no surprises: weekly = 130 + 2.5×(beds−3) + 60×(baths−2) + 0.05×(sqft−1400) − 27.5×(beds−3)², with a $125 floor. A typical 3-bed / 2-bath home at 1,400 sqft is $130 per weekly visit or $260 per bi-weekly visit. Bi-weekly is twice the weekly rate, and monthly is weekly ×1.875. The price scales with bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage — not with how much stuff is on your counters. Recurring visits include the standard clean scope; add-ons (interior oven, interior fridge, laundry, baseboards, etc.) are quoted separately and only with your approval — we don’t pitch add-ons at the door.
2. What’s actually included in a standard clean?
A standard clean covers: dusting all reachable surfaces and baseboards; kitchen (counters, stovetop, outside of appliances, sink); bathrooms (toilet, tub/shower, sink, mirrors, floor); floors (vacuum and mop all hard-surface areas); trash removal and general tidying; and bedroom and living-area surface cleaning. The scope is consistent on every visit — you’re not negotiating a different checklist each time. Deep details (inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, laundry) are quoted separately so the recurring price stays predictable.
3. What areas do you serve?

4. How far in advance do I need to book?
Most homes get scheduled within 48 hours of requesting a quote. For property-manager turnovers, same-day or next-day is typical. Recurring weekly and bi-weekly slots open up based on route density — when you request a quote we’ll quote the next available window that fits your preferred day. There are no long-term contracts: month-to-month, and you can pause or cancel with 48 hours notice.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards on a recurring schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. No contracts, no hidden fees, and you can pause or cancel with 48 hours notice. For one-time deep cleans, payment is due at the visit unless we’ve arranged otherwise. For multi-unit property-manager work, Andrew sends a single invoice for the whole batch so your books stay clean.
